Reno, Nevada

While I’ll have to admit that I didn’t quite know what to expect coming to “The biggest little city in the World,” I was pleasantly surprised by your warm reception. Mother Nature even smiled on us as the rain and thunder came to an immediate halt as the first notes were rendered. Still every seat was filled. Thank you. Much love to Robert Dees (program director KJZS) and Rollin Lazzarone (Scruples Club owner) for a classy event. For me, the night took a bit getting used to as it was the first time that I have performed to the album tracks since the actual recording. I found that I had to adjust my energy level from full band mode to prerecorded music mode. Thanks for allowing this adjustment. Thanks for receiving and thanks for all of your positive feedback. The question and answer period inbetween sets was an added bonus. It opened our relationship up in ways that I would have never imagined. We felt like old friends by the end of the night. Reno, I look forward to continuing our relationship and can’t wait until the next time that we meet!

Until then,

Andre Delano

Old Pasadena Jazz Fest

I consider it an honor to have participated in such an incredible and prestigious jazz festival. It’s quite funny to me the way that things develop, as I have gone from being one of last year’s most attentive audience members at the festival to becoming the highest selling artist on the Garden Stage this year. I owe this to the opportunity that was presented to me by the promotion team of Rich Sherman (Omega Events) and Betty Bennish (BB Jazz). I also owe much gratitude to the people who allowed my music into their hearts and welcomed the birth of a new relationship. As I told the story describing the path that I have taken to get to this point that I now call Full Circle, I felt the amazing intensity of those who hung on every melody and lyric as if I was speaking out their own lives. I appreciate this connection. I appreciate being able to now disspell the belief that I am alone. I appreciate your support. I appreciate your love. I respect your journey and I appreciate you embracing mine!

Thank you,

Andre Delano

Dear East Boogie & St. Louis

Everyone of you just amazed me as the club increased to its capacity. Your support, far too overwhelming to put into words, was just the kind of love that I needed as I now go from market to market representing all that we are. You have sheltered me, raised me, guided me, loved me and molded me into the person that you saw standing before you. I am so willing to give all that I am in appreciation for the huge announcement of love that you all brought as gifts. My graditude for you is unending. There were quite a few events occurring that June 26th night at the Jazz Bistro: a family reunion, a class reunion, old friends and acquaintances reuniting as well as the much needed introduction of Andre Delano to the old and the new. I am most proud to make your acquaintance as I emerge from the old structured mode of Andre Roberson and spring into my inevitable destiny as Andre Delano!

I love you much!

A.
